Pintxos & pours at Plonk’d
First up is Plonk’d. Established in 2023, this independent, wine-focused gem in the heart of Wadebridge is perfect for date nights or small group get togethers. Run by the passionate duo Jonny and Jess, you’ll likely leave having discovered a new favourite wine you’d never have picked yourself.
The menu centres around pintxos- small, flavour-packed bites inspired by the buzzing bars of Northern Spain. Our top pick from the ever-changing menu? The fried oyster with saffron crème fraîche and pickled fennel. If you get the chance to try it, you’ll understand why we’re obsessed.
Cosy and intimate, Plonk’d welcomes you into its forest-green corner with a warm glow, great music and unforgettable flavours. Add in their playful twist on classic cocktails and this spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves their evenings fun, vibrant and full of flavour.
They're open from Wednesdays - Saturday afternoons with the last food orders in by 9pm.

The cocktail list is just as exciting as the food, fun, fresh and full of surprises. A must-visit while you’re staying.

After sampling the delicious dishes at Little Prawn, take an evening stroll around the harbour and if you’re not quite ready to wrap up the night, head to Cici’s Bar above No.6 for some tantalising cocktails - the perfect spot for a date night.
