Set above the clifftops, this sleek seaside apartment promises an effortless beachside escape. From your first-floor perch in the Polzeath Beach House, you’re perfectly placed for salty swims at dawn, long lunches beside the waves, and golden-hour drinks on the balcony as the surfers weave across the tide below.
Inside, soft seafoam sofas and sun-washed tones mirror the shifting blues beyond the glass. The open plan living space flows from kitchen to dining to lounge, inviting easy mornings and sociable evenings. Throw open the balcony doors and let the sea breeze in, or settle at the bistro table outside and spot familiar silhouettes in the surf with the binoculars thoughtfully left on the bookcase.
Each of the three bedrooms is dressed in calming stone greys with playful pops of burnt orange and soft blue. The master opens onto its own balcony; a peaceful spot for early morning coffee or a quiet read while the beach below slowly comes to life. The third bedroom offers flexibility with a zip-and-link bed, perfect for families or friends sharing.
After a day on the coast path or a dip in the sea, retreat to the family bathroom for a hot soak beneath the rainfall shower. Wrapped in soft grey tiles with a marble-effect finish, it’s the ideal place to reset before another evening of fresh seafood and local bubbles.

- Bedroom three has a super-king bed (can be unzipped to make a twin on request) and wardrobe.

Accessibility
Polzeath at The Atlantic can be accessed in two ways:
If arriving via Atlantic Mews, turn left into the lift lobby and take the lift to the first floor. From here, four steps leads down from the corridor to the apartment entrance. Once inside, the living space is all on one level.
If arriving through The Atlantic entrance, please be aware that access involves two flights of steps.
