Set across two spacious levels, The Retreat embraces upside-down living to make the most of its elevated setting. Upstairs, a vaulted kitchen and dining space opens onto a balcony, where views stretch out to Gulland Rock and beyond. The adjoining living room is made for slow evenings. Think soft throws, a glowing log-burner and beautiful vistas from Stepper Point to the Atlantic horizon.
Just moments from the house, the beach beckons - perfect for morning surfs, sunset strolls or spontaneous swims. After salty adventures, sandy paws can be rinsed off under the dog shower by the front door, while the downstairs snug offers a quiet spot for movie nights or catching up on emails.
As eyelids grow heavy, four restful bedrooms are spread across both floors, with a gentle coastal palette of warm woods, soft linen and sea-glass blues and greens. Two doubles and two twins offer flexibility for families or friends, while the indulgent freestanding tub in the family bathroom promises long, luxurious soaks after days in the salt air.

- Bedroom two has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

- Bedroom four has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

- Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, full height fridge, full height freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Quooker tap, drinks fridge and toaster.
- Living room with log burner (starter pack of logs provided) and balcony with sea views.

Accessibility
Parking for The Retreat is available directly outside the property on a level resin surface. There are no steps into the ground floor. This level includes bedrooms three and four, the snug, utility room and wetsuit store. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, living and dining area, along with bedrooms one and two. The garden is accessed from the kitchen and is arranged over three levels.
