It has been eight years since we were treated to a proper snow day in Cornwall, so we couldn't help but get a little excited.
For those that didn't get to experience the magical white dusting that settled across beaches, coast paths and rooftops, here are some of our favourite photos of our North Cornwall snow day.
The sand across Polzeath beach was transformed to white and was enjoyed by a few lucky dog walkers
Rooftops turned snowy across Polzeath including our stunning property above the beach; Carn Mar (pictured right)
With tranquil waters on a high tide, Rock was transformed into a magical winter wonderland
The Camel Estuary was laced in a delicate white sprinkling to either side
A cosy day to be snuggled up inside our picture postcard retreat in Rock; Wheel Cottage (pictured third on the right)
A thick covering of snow lined the footpath down to Porthilly beach with the Rock Sailing Club rising from the chilly waters in the distance
St Michael's Church above Porthilly beach looked resplendent in white
